Using Our Price Promise

If you see your device advertised for a higher price by one of our main competitors within 7 days of placing your order with Three Trade-in, we could check it out and match it for you. Just complete the form below:

1. It's got to be based on a fully working item.
2. The payment method must be the same. (i.e.vouchers or other payment methods not valid)
3. It needs to be within 7 days of when you submitted your order on Three Trade-In.
4. You can claim a price match even if you have already sent your order in.
5. Please read the full terms and conditions at the bottom of this page.

Please complete the form giving details of your order number and the URL of the page showing the higher offer. Once submitted we will check it's a like-for-like offer and will contact you by email letting you know the progress of your Price Promise. You will usually hear from us within 24 hours of submitting your Price Promise claim.

Price Promise Terms for Three Trade-In

• The Price Promise offer (the "Offer") is available to those customers who register to trade-in any device with Three Trade-in. In these terms, "you", "your" shall mean a Three Trade-in customer.
• In these terms, "we", "us", or "Three Trade-in" shall mean Redeem UK Limited, who are operating this trade-in service. Three means Hutchison 3G UK Limited.
• Subject to these terms, we will match the published cash price ("Advertised Price") for the same device, in the same working condition, on the UK sites of our main competitors ("Recognised Recyclers"), within 7 days of you choosing to recycle with us
• Our Recognised Recyclers are:
  • Mazuma mobile
  • Envirofone
  • Mobile Phone Exchange
  • Vodafone Buy back
  • EE Recycle
  • Carphone Warehouse
  • O2 Recycle
• Offer excludes any promotional affiliate prices or network locked prices offered and only the Advertised Price offered by the Recognised Recyclers will be accepted.
• The Offer is limited to 2 claims per Three trade-in customer. Proof of the Advertised Price which is acceptable to us is required and will be verified by us.
• To check your eligibility for the Offer, you need to complete the form containing details of your original order with Three Trade-in and the Advertised Price of the Recognised Recycler. You will also need to enter the full URL of the page on which Advertised Price from the Recognised Recycler is quoted. Alternatively, you can notify us by telephone on 0333 123 9333 and provide the same details.
• If the Recognised Recycler made the offer in retail or using an offline process we require you to send in confirmation of the advertised offer to pricepromise@threetradein.co.uk
• If you are eligible for the Offer, Redeem will endeavour where possible to apply the price promise to your original order when it is received and processed. If the trade-in has already occurred and you have been paid, Redeem will make a further payment to you, via the same method, for the difference between the Three Trade-in price and the Advertised Price.
• Only the cash value offer from Three Trade-in may be matched. Orders where the payment method is by giftcards do not qualify and cannot be matched with any Recognised Recycler.
• The Offer is only valid for comparisons on the cash price offered for the same device, in the same condition. Devices that are in a damaged condition shall not be accepted.
• Incorrect Advertised Prices quoted on Recognised Recycler sites shall not be considered for the Offer.
• This Offer will not apply if you have exercised your right to cancel your order with Three Trade-in.
• This Offer specifically excludes prices offered by Recognised Recyclers which are contingent upon certain conditions (such as spending a certain amount on other goods or collecting tokens in order to qualify for a better price for a device).
• Three Trade-in reserves the right to withdraw this Offer or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
